We have more than 20 sessions planned for you, presented in a variety of formats, with your most-requested faculty members. You’ll choose between topics from diabetes and HepC to cancer survivorship and team approaches to pain management, from ACE Scores and medical marijuana to polypharmacy in the elderly and protecting yourself and your practice from cyber attacks.

We have two excellent keynote speakers on hand to open and close our Forum. Rishi Manchanda, MD, MPH, physician, writer and upstreamist, working to transform the health care system and the social and environmental conditions that make people sick opens the Forum. Belinda Fu, MD, who in addition to practicing family medicine and FM obstetrics fulltime, is a professional actor, and a Theatresports™ ensemble member and improv instructor. She closes our Forum talking about Improvisation and the Art of Medicine.

Saturday’s luncheon includes not only the awards presentations, Fellowship Convocation, but also the installation of Michelle Quiogue, MD as CAFP’s 2017-18 President. AAFP Board Chair Wanda Filer, MD will swear in Michelle and the CAFP officers.
